Our Services
Students shall be provided following items during their stay at PG
- Bed, Mattress, Pillow, Curtains, Doormats Lights, Fan etc.
- Separate almirah, study table and chair.
- Attached washroom/bathroom, bucket, geyser, power backup etc
- Homely foods are also available at reasonable rates. Students have their choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner etc
- For the safety and security of the students barbed wire fencing has been done in the periphery of PG premises. Further, 24x7 CCTV surveillance through CCTV is operational
- Free Wifi shall be available in due course.
Our Rules and Regulations
- This PG is on twin sharing basis and for Boys (Students) only. An agreement has to be signed before allotment of the room by the occupant/their guardians. The rooms shall be allotted for a minimum period of 6 months.
- The occupants have to deposit three month’s rent in advance as a security deposit which will be returned at the time of vacating the PG. Thereafter, monthly payment must be made through online mode only on 1st week of every month.
- The food services shall be provided separately on payment basis. Advance of Rs.10,000/- shall be deposited to avail the facility. Thereafter, monthly payment has to be made as per actual on the basis of rate chart.
- Drug addicts shall not be allotted the room. Consuming Alcohol, Smoking, Drugs, Gutkha or any intoxication is strictly prohibited. Further, any nuisance (like loud music/quarreling with each other/shouting etc.) in the premises of PG shall not be tolerated.
- The assets, furniture, fittings, walls must not be damaged at any case. In case of damages by occupants, the same shall be replaced/repaired at their cost.
- The occupants have to keep neat & clean their rooms and surroundings of PG.
- In case of any issue regarding services/food quality, the occupant may raise their issues with manager of the PG.
- The premises is under the CCTV surveillance. No one shall be allowed in the premises except parents of the occupants. Further, the occupant must enter in the PG by 10 PM at night. The main gate shall be closed at 10 PM and no one shall be allowed to enter thereafter.
- The security of belongings shall be sole responsibility of the occupants. Management shall not be responsible for any loss/theft at any case.
- The occupants shall be given key of Room & Almirah. The same must be keep safe in their custody and shall return while vacating the PG. In case of loss of key, they have to pay Rs. 500/- to get duplicate key.
- In case of violation of any terms & conditions explained above, the security deposit shall be forfeited and occupant has to vacate the PG immediately.
